Scouting new jumping talent made easier with Youhorse.auction

Sport horses are being discovered at an increasingly younger age, have already been sold abroad as foals or have come into the hands of professional stables. Where can you still find affordable young talent? Youhorse.auction has jumped into that gap, helping you find your next top class showjumper. Their 12th online auction will be held from the 3rd to 6th July.

The collection with 32 showjumpers between the ages of two and nine can be found online now. “We’ve already auctioned foals around this time last year, but as there are a lot of foal auctions going on at the moment, we at Youhorse.auction try to distinguish ourselves by auctioning slightly older horses. There are many advantages by doing that. The horses have been approved by the vet, you’re able to see them jumping, you know how big they are or will become and you see how they are ridden and can be ridden. We are delighted to have young horses as well as a couple of ridden horses in this 12th collection. When people say they can’t find good horses anymore, they really should consider taking a look at our selection. There is something for every budget, but also horses suited for multiple disciplines: in addition to showjumpers, we’ve also got hunters, equitation horses and eventers”, says Mario Everse, organiser of the auction together with Alan Waldman.

Landon – Youhorse Auction

“We’ve got some interestingly bred horses, for example offspring of For Pleasure (3), Kassander van ‘t Roosakker (2), Kannan (2), Cornet Obolensky (2), Quickly de Kreisker and Carrera VDL. The five-year-old Landon (Sir Obolensky x Polydor) comes from the same dam as the World Cup Final-winner Taloubet Z. The four-year-old Lipton (For Pleasure x Diamant de Semilly), another remarkable horse, comes from the half-sister of Taloubet Z. Another very aspecial horse is Imprevu du Paradis (GFE Candy De Nantuel x Nabab de Reve), grandson of the famous broodmare Fragance de Chalus (dam of Mylord Carthago and Bamako de Muze, among others).

The online bidding opens on Saturday the 3rd July and ends on Tuesday July 6th. The horses can be viewed and tried by appointment. After online registration at www.youhorse.auction, the X-rays and veterinary reports can also be seen.
