Children team takes victory too: hattrick for Belgium’s golden youngsters
The Belgium youngster teams are making the impossible possible in Vilamoura, Portugal. After winning the team championships for Young Riders and Juniors, today the Belgians grabbed gold in the Children team competition as well. This afternoon, their incredible efforts in the jumping ring and their amazing team spirit took the team under chef d’equipe Jean Jacques Mathis to victory.
Estee Bomere and History van ‘t Ameldonk Z, Yari van den Branden with Gerard, Nikita van der Meerschen with Impressario v/d Heffinck, Seppe Wouters with Porthos Maestro WH Z and Brent de Schrijver with LIV Good v/d Kattenvennen Z only managed to collect a total of 4 faults over all rounds. The silver medal went to Italy and bronze was voor Great Britain.
