In the picture: veterinary check World Championships Herning
Just one step closer to competing: all the dressage and vaulting horses have completed their first veterinary check during the ECCO FEI World Championships in Herning. Curious to admire the – sometimes very – fit horses? As usual, we got you covered with this behind-the-scenes gallery post!
First to present their horses for inspection at 08:00 this Friday morning were the competitors of Team Portugal, closely followed by the other teams and individual riders. All horses were accepted and considered ‘fit to compete’. Later today the riders will be able to familiarise themselves with the ring in the Stutteri Ask Stadium. The draw for the order of both the vet check was done yesterday evening and will be a guide for the familiarisation too. You’ll be able to find the timed schedule by clicking over here.
